Painted for the Plein Air Moab 2011 event. Early light on the Entrada sandstone bluffs in Arches National Park. This view is of the East Portal of the Colorado River as it comes in to Moab Valley. It's beautiful Page . . . it was once my view as well and now I have dreams of my red rock home!

When I get up in the morning this is the view across Moab Valley. The right side depicts where the Colorado River enters Moab Valley. The bluff at the middle distance is in Arches National Park. I never get tired of this scene.
